Do you ship Internationally?
Philly Chevy Trucks currently ships only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes. You will need to provide a physical shipping address.
How long does it typically take for your products to be dispatched?
Usually within 48 hours of processing your order.
How long does it typically take for my purchase to arrive once it’s dispatched?
Usually within 4–9 business days. Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time and might take longer (depending on location and carrier)
Are all the products listed on your website In Stock?
Yes, all Products that you are able to add to cart are in stock.
Do I need to open an account to shop?
No, opening an account is not necessary to place an order on our Website. Just proceed as a guest and give the required information for us to process and send your order.
Do you offer exchanges or replacement parts?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Refer to our Return & Refund policy page https://phillychevytruckparts.com/return-policy.
My part broke while I was installing it, can I return it?
We cannot accept returns on any part that has been damaged due to incorrect installation.

Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
Yes, we offer free express shipping on orders over $1500
